Canadian Tire Bank & Heron is looking for an experienced, motivated and results-driven Automotive Service Manager to lead our Automotive Service Centre at our large and busy Ottawa South location.

This is not simply a position where you manage the day-to-day.

💰 COMPENSATION

$80,000–$120,000 Annual Earning Potential

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications and performance.

👑 OWN THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE CENTRE

As our Automotive Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Automotive Service Centre while creating an environment where customers receive knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy service.

You'll work closely with the General Manager and Associate Dealer to establish sales objectives, manage costs and implement strategies for growth and profitability.

You'll take ownership of the business performance of the department. You will:

You will plan, organize, delegate and follow up on work while balancing customer expectations, technician capabilities, shop capacity, parts availability and business priorities.
